VISION BOARD

UNCONSCIOUS BELIEFS
Beliefs can impact our expectations. Beliefs can also impact what we fantasise or daydream about, what we envision day to day, what we attempt or avoid, and how we perform at what we take on.
So it makes sense to take responsibility for our beliefs!

WEIGHT ZONES
The Body Mass Index (BMI) is a way of establishing what is a healthy body weight for you based on how tall you are. You can then weigh yourself and see which category you fit into: Underweight, Normal Range, Overweight, or Obese.
TRACKING HEALTH GOALS
Daily Tracker is a good iPhone / iPod Touch app that allows you to set goals and track progress with them daily. For example, how much exercise you’ve taken or how many calories you’ve consumed each day.
COMPLEMENTARY MEDICINE
There are a wide range of approaches to maintaining a healthy body outside of ‘orthodox’ medicine. These include acupuncture, homeopathy, herbalism, aromatherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic, kinesiology. Many people report very positive results from using them (ourselves included), while others challenge their efficacy.
