<p>The iCoach is proud to announce the launch of a new free Romance module developed by the Relationship Coaching Institute ® for inclusion in The iCoach.  The module supports ‘singles’ looking for lasting love by application of the Relationship Coaching Institute’s trademark process, <em>Conscious Dating</em>.  The Conscious Dating process assesses the individual’s readiness for a relationship, as well as other factors, to help them in determining what their next steps should be towards finding the love of their life and the life that they love.</p>
<p>This new free Romance module, <em>Conscious Dating</em>, was developed and contributed by Relationship Coaching Institute for The iCoach, and is available now on the <a href="http://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/the-icoach/id347845514?mt=8">AppStore</a>. The content is aimed at singles and has been launched just in time for Valentine’s Day.  It aims to give customers the best possible chance of building strong foundations for a lasting and fulfilling future relationship during this traditional season of romance.</p>
<p>The module is free to download for all customers of The iCoach so this valuable material can be available to all users of The iCoach interested in developing this important area of life!  Users will be introduced to Conscious Dating methods and concepts, such as the five truths of Conscious Dating, and the fourteen dating traps, essential to all those currently dating; as well as be introduced to dating strategies that can help them to succeed in their current or next relationship.  Each step of the Conscious Dating strategy comes with clear, sensible explanations and breaks the process down into steps such as exploring purpose, focus, and screening criteria – which helps the individual grow and understand themselves better in order to align themselves for the relationship they want and deserve.</p>

<p>This is the opening sentence of Ann Daly’s post, <em>How to Break Through the Glass Ceiling</em>.  Despite what its title might imply, this post is full of helpful stuff for both genders, packed with interesting and useful information on becoming more focused and productive.</p>

<h2>Looking for New Ideas of Things To Do?</h2>
<p>Going out, staying in, buying a gift?  Here are some ideas for what you might do to celebrate.</p>
<p>Eating out together is usually great, but how about something different?</p>
<ul>
<li>A thermal spa?</li>
<li>Ice skating?</li>
<li>A couple’s massage?</li>
<li>A gig or a classical concert?</li>
<li>You could book yourselves in for dancing lessons!</li>
</ul>
<p>Things that you would not normally do together will bring spice to your relationship.</p>
<p>If you prefer to stay at home, how about:</p>
<ul>
<li>Buying a DVD on massage and practicing on each other?</li>
<li>Buy some aromatherapy oils to burn and some relaxing sexy music.</li>
<li>Buy a Valentine Days special meal for two so you don’t have to cook.</li>
</ul>
<p>If you can’t celebrate it on the day, pick another day!  It’ll probably be quieter and cheaper.  Or spread it over the whole week and buy one small gift each day.</p>
<p>If you want to give a gift as well or instead, how about getting him or her a subscription to a magazine about something he or she loves.</p>
<p>As my mother used to say, it’s the thought that counts.  It’s the care you put into it that will shine through.   Most important of all, enjoy whatever you do!</p>
