Challenges

The iCoach Challenges aim to take you out of your comfort zone (gently!) in a variety of areas, and to strengthen your ‘muscles’ in those areas.

The challenges serve a number of functions such as challenging assumptions we didn’t know were there, stretching known (or unknown) limitations, or disrupting our every day view of life… all in simple, bite-​​sized chunks!

They are deliberately aimed at the beginner to intermediate self-​​developer.  Some will be easy for some people, and others will be more challenging.  Choose the ones that feel like a fit for you.

We recommend you take on challenges only if they:

  • are mildly stretching for you
  • mean you stay within the zone of behaviour that’s normal for you
  • support you in being the person you are at your best.

The sorts of things we’re addressing here include:

  • the way you relate with other people
  • your relationship to what you’re accomplishing in life
  • your appreciation of yourself and others
  • your ability to commit
  • creating your future.

We plan to broaden the scope of these Challenges over time by making available downloadable Challenge packs, covering specific areas in greater depth.
