REHEARSAL PROCESS

It’s a good idea to record yourself.  You can use either a webcam or a video recorder.  Record sound, at least.  If possible, get it transcribed [check out Elance or oDesk​.com for affordable options] and examine your language patterns.  What are you communicating unconsciously about your expectations and perceptions of yourself, life and other people?
